No Piggybacking Sample Clauses

No Piggybacking. Other than the Investor Rights Agreement, there are no contracts, agreements or understandings between the Company and any person granting such person the right to require the Company to include in any registration statement filed pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement any securities other than the Securities and the Ordinary Shares issued or issuable upon conversion of the Securities.
