No Pledge of Invoiced Amounts. The ISO shall not create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any lien, pledge, security interest or other change or encumbrance, or any other type of preferential arrangement (including a banker’s right of set off) against any Invoiced Amounts, any accounts receivables representing Invoiced Amounts, the settlement account maintained by the ISO into which payments on Invoiced Amounts are made and from which remittances are made to the PTOs or any Financial Assurances.
