Common use of No Postpetition or Default Interest on Claims Clause in Contracts

No Postpetition or Default Interest on Claims. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Plan, the Confirmation Order, or other order of the Bankruptcy Court, or required by applicable bankruptcy law, postpetition and default interest shall not accrue or be paid on any Claims and no Holder of a Claim shall be entitled to interest accruing on or after the Petition Date on any such Claim.
