Common use of No Power of Representation Clause in Contracts

No Power of Representation. Neither Party shall have the authority or right under this Agreement to, nor shall either Party hold itself out as having the authority or right under this Agreement to, (i) assume, create or undertake any obligation of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, on behalf of or in the name of the other Party without the express prior written consent of such other Party or (ii) accept service of any legal process addressed to or intended for such other Party.
