Common use of No Power to Bind Clause in Contracts

No Power to Bind. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Trust Indenture which shall appear to provide otherwise, no Director or Directors shall have the power or authority to bind or obligate any other Director, or any Beneficiary, nor can any Beneficiary bind or obligate the Trust or any individual Director.
