Neither the Shipowner, any charterer, the Master of the Ship nor any other person has or shall have any right, power or authority to create, incur or permit to be placed or imposed or continued upon the Ship any lien or encumbrance whatsoever other than Permitted Liens, liens for current crew's wages and salvage and the lien of this Deed and the Mortgage.
