No Pre-printed Purchase Order Terms Apply. Each Order once accepted by us, as confirmed by an email from us, shall become binding upon You and Oxford Nanopore and shall be governed by the terms set out in this Contract. Any terms proposed in Your acceptance of a quotation or a purchase order which add to, vary from, or conflict with the terms herein or in the quotation are hereby objected to. Any such proposed terms shall be void and the terms herein and in the email confirmation acceptance of the Order shall constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of the Contract between the parties with respect to the applicable Order.
