No Predatory Loans. No Contract is covered by the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 ("HOEPA") and no Contract is in violation of any comparable state law. No Contract in the Trust Estate is a "high cost home," "covered," "high risk home" or "predatory" loan under HOEPA or any other applicable state, federal or local law (or a similarly classified loan using different terminology under a law imposing heightened regulatory scrutiny or additional legal liability for residential mortgage loans having high interest rates, points and/or fees), as applicable.
