Common use of No Prejudice of Rights Clause in Contracts

No Prejudice of Rights. No one or more Warrantholders will have any right in any manner whatsoever to affect, disturb or prejudice the rights hereby created by his or their action, or to enforce any right under this Indenture or under any Warrant Certificate, except subject to the conditions and in the manner provided in this Indenture and all powers and trusts under this Indenture will be exercised and all proceedings at law will be instituted, had and maintained by the Trustee, except only as provided in this Indenture, and in any event for the equal benefit of all Warrantholders.
