No Prejudice to Other Security. The Lender may take guarantees or securities from other Persons, or grant time, renewals, extensions, indulgences, releases and discharges to the Borrower and other Persons, relating to the Indebtedness or the Obligations secured by this Mortgage, without prejudicing the rights and remedies of the Lender under this Mortgage.
