Common use of No Prepayment/Redemption Clause in Contracts

No Prepayment/Redemption. The Company may not prepay or redeem this Debenture in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the Holder, and to the extent the Company agrees with any other holder of Debentures to prepay or redeem such holder’s Debentures in whole or in part, the Company shall offer such prepayment or redemption of this Debenture on a pro rata basis on the same terms and conditions as agreed upon for such other Debentures.
