No press release related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, or other announcement to either the customers or suppliers of Seller or investors or potential investors in Buyer will be issued without the joint approval of Seller and Buyer, except any public disclosure which Seller or Buyer in its good faith judgment believes is required by law, rule or regulation or by any stock exchange or interdealer quotation system on which its securities are listed or quoted (in which case the party making the disclosure will use its reasonable best efforts to consult with the other party prior to making any such disclosure).
