No Presumption Against Any Party. Neither any Transaction Document nor any uncertainty or ambiguity therein shall be construed against any particular party, whether under any rule of construction or otherwise. On the contrary, each Transaction Document has been reviewed by each of the parties thereto and their respective counsel and shall be construed and interpreted according to the ordinary meaning of the words used so as to fairly accomplish the purposes and intentions of all parties thereto.
