No Presumption Against Draftor. Sublessor and Sublessee acknowledge that both parties have been represented by counsel and are fully aware of the contents of this Sublease. Therefore, Sublessee hereby waives any presumption that may exist under law or equity against the Sublessor by virtue of Sublessor creating the initial draft of this Sublease.
