No Presumption Regarding Drafting. Each Party hereto acknowledges that it has reviewed this Purchase Agreement prior to its execution and that changes were made to this Purchase Agreement based upon its comments. If any disputes arise with respect to the interpretation of any provision of this Purchase Agreement, the provision shall be deemed to have been drafted by all of the Parties and shall not be construed against any Party on the basis that the Party was responsible for drafting that provision.
