It is acknowledged and presumed that the substance and form of this Agreement have been fully reviewed by the parties hereto and approved as to form by their respective counsel. It is further acknowledged and agreed that no presumption shall exist against either party hereto by virtue of this Agreement being considered to have been drafted by counsel for either party thereto.
