Common use of No Prior Commitments Clause in Contracts

No Prior Commitments. Executive has no other agreements, relationships, or commitments to any other person or entity that would conflict with Executive’s obligations to Bancorp under this Agreement. Executive will not disclose to Bancorp, or use or induce Bancorp to use, any proprietary information or trade secrets of others. Executive represents and warrants that he has returned all property and confidential information belonging to all other prior employers and other entities except the Bank and its holding company.
