No Prior Notice Provision. An employee who fails to comply with Clause 19.03 shall be entitled to parental leave if, within two (2) weeks after the employee ceases work, a medical certificate is provided, indicating the employee/the spouse is not able to work by reason of her pregnancy and giving the estimated or actual date of delivery. In the case of adoption a letter from Social Services confirming receipt of the child will be required.
