Common use of No Prior or Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Prior or Other Agreements. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant with respect to the lease of the Premises and supersedes any and all other prior written or oral agreements or understandings with respect to this transaction. Except as expressly set forth in this Lease, no representations, inducements, understanding or anything of any nature whatsoever, made, stated or represented by Landlord or anyone acting on Landlord’s behalf, either orally or in writing have induced Tenant to enter into this Lease, and Tenant acknowledges, represents and warrants that Tenant has entered into this Lease under and by virtue of Tenant’s own independent investigation.
