Subject to the terms of the Bond Documents, this Lease contains all agreements between the Parties with respect to any matter mentioned herein, and no other prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding shall be effective. Each Party represents and warrants that the execution of this Lease will not, to the best of the Party’s knowledge, constitute a violation under any material agreements to which such Party is a party.
