No Prior Representations or Inducements. Executive represents and acknowledges that in executing this Release, he does not rely, and has not relied, on any communications, statements, promises, inducements, or representation(s), oral or written, by any of Company Released Parties, except as expressly contained in this Release and the Separation Agreement. This Release and the Separation Agreement constitute the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to their subject matters; supersede all prior verbal and written understandings and agreements between the parties relating to subject matters; and may not be modified except in a writing signed by both parties.
