The Employee represents and warrants that his employment with the Company will not violate, or cause him to be in breach of, any obligation or covenant made to any former employer or other third party, and that during the course of his employment with the Company (whether during the Term or thereafter), he will not take any action that would violate or breach any legal obligation that he may have to any former employer or other third party.
