No proceedings pending or threatened. (a) No litigation, arbitration or administrative proceedings of or before any court, arbitral body or agency (including any arising from or relating to Environmental Law or any Environmental Licence) which are reasonably likely to be adversely determined and which, if adversely determined, can reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect have been started or (to the best of its knowledge) threatened against it or any of its Subsidiaries, nor are there any circumstances likely to give rise to any such litigation, arbitration or administrative proceedings. (b) No labour disputes which can reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect are current or (to the best of its knowledge) threatened, nor are there any circumstances likely to give rise to any such disputes.
