No Product Formulation Clause Samples

The "No Product Formulation" clause prohibits one party from formulating, developing, or manufacturing products using certain proprietary information or materials provided by the other party. In practice, this means that if a company shares a sample, ingredient, or confidential process with another entity, the recipient is not allowed to use that information to create their own version of the product or a competing product. This clause is essential for protecting intellectual property and trade secrets, ensuring that shared information is not misused for unauthorized product development.
