No Promise or Warranty by Health Institution of Availability of Position. Health Institution is under no liability, implied or otherwise, to provide a nursing position to Recipient upon Recipient's obtaining a nursing degree. However, Health Institution does agree, as a material term of this contract, to provide a full-time nursing position, to Recipient, for one calendar year for each loan Recipient receives under the program and will pay the salary and benefits commensurate with such a position, less monies paid by the Commission.
