Common use of NO PROMOTION OF RELATIONSHIP Clause in Contracts

NO PROMOTION OF RELATIONSHIP. 16.1 The Consultant will not disclose or promote its relationship with the City, including by means of any verbal declarations, announcements, sales, marketing or other literature, letters, client lists, websites, internet domain names, press releases, brochures or other written materials (the “Communications”) without the express prior written consent of the City (except as may be necessary for the Consultant to perform its obligations under this Agreement). 16.2 Furthermore, the Consultant undertakes and will cause all of its Sub-contractors to undertake not to disclose or promote its relationship with the City in any Communications in a manner which could suggest or create an association, express or implied, between the Consultant and the City. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Consultant will not refer to or use any website, domain name, official emblem, logo or mascot of the City of Vancouver in any Communications, without the express prior written consent of the City.
