No Promotion of Series. Except as otherwise expressly approved by Fantex in writing, Participant shall not, and shall not authorize any other Person to, solicit, promote or offer the Series in connection with the Offering. To the extent that Participant receives unsolicited requests for information regarding the Offering or the Series, then except as otherwise expressly approved by Fantex in writing, Participant shall refer such inquiry to the Registration Statement or to one of the Underwriters of the Offering.
