Common use of No Property Interests Clause in Contracts

No Property Interests. No person, firm or entity has any rights to acquire or to lease all or any portion of the Property or otherwise to obtain any interest therein and there are no outstanding options, rights of first refusal or negotiation, rights of reverter or rights of first offer relating to all or any portion of the Property or any interest therein, except any leases of units and common areas (including, without limitation, any laundry rooms and/or equipment) in effect as of the date of Closing, which shall be assigned to the Purchaser at Closing pursuant to section 10.1.3.
