Common use of No Property Manager Lien Clause in Contracts

No Property Manager Lien. Any property management agreement for or relating to all or any part of the Property, whether now in effect or entered into hereafter by Grantor or on behalf of Grantor, shall contain a subordination provision whereby the property manager forever and unconditionally subordinates to the lien of this Deed of Trust any and all mechanic’s lien rights and claims that it or anyone claiming through or under it may have at any time pursuant to any statute or law. Such property management agreement or a short form thereof, including such subordination, shall, at Beneficiary’s request, be recorded with the office of the recorder of deeds for the county in which the Property is located. Grantor’s failure to cause any of the foregoing to occur shall constitute an Event of Default under this Deed of Trust.
