No Proposed Legal Changes. To the best knowledge of the County after due inquiry, there is no amendment, or no proposed amendment certified for placement on a statewide ballot, to the Constitution of the State of California or any published administrative interpretation of the Constitution of the State of California or any State of California law, or any legislation that has passed either house of the State legislature, or any published judicial decision interpreting any of the foregoing, the effect of which is to materially adversely affect (i) the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the other Related Documents to which the County is a party, or (ii) the performance by the County of its obligations under this Agreement or the other Related Documents to which the County is a party.
