Such Investor hereby agrees not to issue any public statement with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, such Investor’s investment or proposed investment in the Company or the terms of any agreement or covenant between them and the Company, without the Company’s prior written consent, except such disclosures as may be required under applicable law.
