Each Shareholder hereby agrees that he or it shall not, and shall cause each of his or its Affiliates (other than the Company and its directors, to the extent permitted by the Investment Agreement) not to, issue any press releases or make any public statements with respect to this Agreement, the Investment Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by the Investment Agreement without the prior written consent of Investor.
