Common use of No Public Statements Clause in Contracts

No Public Statements. Both parties agree to not make any public statements regarding Employee's employment or the termination of Employee's employment (for whatever reason) that are not agreed to by the other party. Both parties agree not to make any public statement that would libel, slander or disparage the other party, including any party's Affiliates or respective past or present officers, directors, employees or agents.
