Common use of No Publicity Clause in Contracts

No Publicity. Seller will not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Products covered by the Order or any terms of the Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.

No Publicity. Seller will shall not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Products Supplies covered by the Order or any terms of the Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.

No Publicity. Seller will shall not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Products Supplies covered by the Purchase Order or any terms of the Purchase Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.

Seller will not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Products covered by the Purchase Order or any terms of the Purchase Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.
