Common use of No Publicity Clause in Contracts

No Publicity. Seller shall not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Supplies covered by the Order or any terms of the Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.

No Publicity. Seller shall will not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer the Supplies Products covered by the Order or any terms of the Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consent.

No Publicity. Seller shall will not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s 's professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer Purchaser the Supplies covered by the Order Contract or any terms of the Order Contract (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer Purchaser or its Customer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s Purchaser's written consent.

No Publicity. Seller shall will not advertise, publish or disclose to any third party parties (other than to Seller’s Seller´s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-to- know basis) in any manner the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer ITW the Supplies Products covered by the Order or any the terms of the Order (including prices)Order, or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer ITW in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining BuyerITW’s written consent.

No Publicity. Seller shall not advertise, or publish any news releases, or disclose to any third party (other than to Seller’s professional advisors on a confidential and need-to-know basis) in any manner publicly announce the fact that Seller has contracted to furnish Buyer supply Material to Purchaser without obtaining the Supplies covered by the Order or any terms prior written permission of the Order (including prices), or use any trademarks or trade names of Buyer in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, without first obtaining Buyer’s written consentPurchaser.
