No Punitive Damages. In any lawsuit, dispute or claim between or against any of the parties hereto, including present or former agents or employees of Liberty’s, that in any way relates to or arises out of this Agreement or any of the dealings of the parties hereto, you and Liberty agree to waive the rights, if any, to seek or recover punitive damages.
