No tenant, person, party, firm, corporation or other entity has an option to purchase the Trust Property, any portion thereof or any interest therein other than options, rights of first refusal and similar rights to lease space in the Improvements granted to a tenant pursuant to its respective Lease or in another writing otherwise delivered to Lender.
