No Reason Required. You or the Company may terminate your employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 5(e).
No Reason Required. Neither you nor the Company is under any obligation to continue your employment beyond the Scheduled Term. In addition, you or the Company may terminate your employment early at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 6(c).
No Reason Required. You or MF Global may terminate your employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 6(c).
No Reason Required. You or TWPG Inc. may terminate your employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 7(e).
No Reason Required. You or the Company may terminate your employment early at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 5(b). This includes early termination by the Company with or without Cause (as defined below) and early termination by you for Good Reason (as defined below) or any other reason.
No Reason Required. You or the Company may terminate your employment prior to the end of the Term of Employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Reason Required. Neither you nor the Company is under any obligation to continue your employment beyond the Scheduled Term. In addition, you or the Company may terminate your employment early at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 6(c); provided, however, if the Company terminates your employment for any reason other than Cause prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date, the Company shall pay you an amount equal to any remaining Base Salary that would have been due to you had your employment not been terminated by the Company for any reason other than Cause prior the first anniversary of the Effective Date, minus applicable withholdings and deductions, to be paid in equal installments on the Company’s regular payroll dates, in accordance with Section 6(k) below, and any of your stock options which are outstanding and unvested as of the date of such termination of your employment shall immediately become fully vested.
No Reason Required. The Company or Executive may terminate Executive’s employment and the Employment Period at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 2.01 (c).
No Reason Required. You or New Man Financial may terminate your employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason, subject to compliance with Section 7(c).
No Reason Required. Your employment with Kodak is “at will,” and you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time for any reason, including prior to the end of your Scheduled Term. If your employment with the Company continues at the end of your Scheduled Term, the provisions of Section 3 through this Section 6 will cease to apply, and you will continue as an at-will employee of the Company. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue in accordance with their terms.
