Common use of No Reason Clause in Contracts

No Reason. If, prior to the expiration of the Employment Term, Employee voluntarily resigns from his employment, other than for Good Reason, Employee shall (i) receive no further Base Salary or Bonus hereunder, other than accrued and unpaid Base Salary through and including the effective date of termination of his employment with the Company (the "Accrued Compensation") and (it) cease to be covered under or be permitted to participate in or receive any of the benefits described in Section 3.3 hereof (provided, however, that Employee shall be entitled to receive any benefits under Section 3.3 hereof to the extent such benefits have accrued through and including the effective date of termination of his employment with the Company).
