No Reasonable Cause Finding. If, at the conclusion of the investigation, the allegation(s) is(are) unsubstantiated or otherwise not sustained, the employee and MSLEA will be so informed. At this point in the process, the employee shall have the right to submit a response with regard to the matter with his or her department or agency to be included with the other investigative materials.
