No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to any Borrower, any Approved Charterer or a third party in connection with the employment by the relevant Borrower of its Ship, other than as disclosed to the Lenders in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to any the Borrower, any Approved Charterer the Builder or a third party in connection with the employment purchase by the relevant Borrower of its the Ship, other than as disclosed to the Lenders in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.
