No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Owners, the Builder or any third party in connection with the purchase by each Owner of the Ship to be owned by it, other than as disclosed to the Lender in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Owners, the Builder or any a third party in connection with the purchase by each Owner of the Target Ship to be owned by it, other than as disclosed to the Lender Lenders in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.
