No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to any Buyer, any Seller or any third party in connection with the purchase by a Buyer of a Ship other than as disclosed to the Lender in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement.
