Common use of No rebates etc Clause in Contracts

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, inducement, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (however described) to either Borrower, the Builder, the Contractor or a third party in connection with the purchase by either Borrower of the Vessel owned or to be owned by it, other than as disclosed to the Facility Agent in writing on or before the date of this Agreement.
