No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Borrowers or any of their parents, subsidiaries or Affiliates, the Seller or any third party in connection with the relevant MOA, other than as provided in such MOA and disclosed to the Agent in writing.
