No Recourse Against Certain Persons. The obligations of the Trust under the Administrative Services Agreement are solely the obligations of the Trust and no recourse shall be had with respect to the Administrative Services Agreement or any of the obligations of the Trust under the Administrative Services Agreement or for the payment of any fee or other amount payable under the Administrative Services Agreement or for any claim based on, arising out of or relating to any provision of the Administrative Services Agreement against any trustee, employee, settlor, Affiliate, agent or servant of the Trust. This Section 8.2 shall survive the termination of the Administrative Services Agreement.
