NO RECOURSE AGAINST THE GENERAL PARTNER. Each Limited Partner shall have that Limited Partner's Capital Contribution returned only from the assets of the Partnership, and if the Partnership assets remaining after the payment or discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Partnership are insufficient to return that Capital Contribution, that Limited Partner shall have no recourse against the General Partner, any of its Affiliates, or any other Limited Partner.
