---NO RECOURSE AGAINST THE ISSUING AUTHORITY. In accordance with Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out of any provision or requirements of the Renewal License or because of enforcement of the Renewal License.

In accordance with Pursuant to Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisorsmembers, designees, agents, and/or its agents or employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out from the regulation of any provision cable service or requirements from a decision of the Renewal License approval or because disapproval with respect to a grant, renewal, transfer, or amendment of enforcement of the this Renewal License.

In accordance with Pursuant to Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissionsdivisions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its agents or employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out of any provision or requirements of the Renewal this Final License or because of enforcement of the Renewal this Final License.

In accordance with Pursuant to Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out from the regulation of any provision cable service or requirements from a decision of the Renewal License approval or because disapproval with respect to a grant, renewal, transfer, or amendment of enforcement of the this Renewal License.

---NO RECOURSE AGAINST THE ISSUING AUTHORITY. In accordance with Pursuant to Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or Authority or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its or employees other than injunctive relief in instances of the Issuing Authority’s willful negligence, criminal acts or declaratory reliefbreach of contract for any loss, costs, expenses or damage arising out of any provision or requirements of the this Renewal License or because of enforcement of the this Renewal License.License except as otherwise expressly provided for herein..

In accordance with Pursuant to Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its agents or employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out of any provision or requirements of the Renewal License or because of enforcement of the Renewal License.

In accordance with Section 635A(a635A (a) of the Cable Act, as it may from time to time be amended, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town City and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisors, designees, agents, and/or its employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out of any provision or requirements of the Renewal License or because of enforcement of the Renewal License.

---NO RECOURSE AGAINST THE ISSUING AUTHORITY. In accordance with Section 635A(a) of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the Issuing Authority, the Town and/or its officials, boards, commissions, committees, advisorsmembers, designees, agents, and/or its agents or employees other than injunctive relief or declaratory relief, arising out of or related to any provision or requirements of the Renewal License License, the regulation of cable service, or because of enforcement of the Renewal License.
