Common use of No Recourse; Special Obligation Clause in Contracts

No Recourse; Special Obligation. The Kansas Lottery’s obligations and agreements contained herein and any other instrument or document executed in connection with this Agreement, and any other instrument or document supplemental thereto or hereto, are deemed the obligations and agreements of the Kansas Lottery, and not of any member, officer, contractor (other than Manager), or employee of the Commission or Kansas Lottery in his or her individual capacity, and such individuals will not be liable personally hereon or thereon or be subject to any personal liability based upon or in respect hereof or thereof or of any transaction contemplated hereby or thereby.
