Common use of No Recourse to Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

No Recourse to Beneficiaries. In no event shall the Beneficiaries or Government Environmental Entities have any responsibility for paying any expenses, fees, and other obligations of the Anadarko Litigation Trust, and in no event shall the Trust, the Trustee, or the Trust Advisory Board, or any of their agents, representatives, or professionals, have recourse to the Beneficiaries or the Government Environmental Entities therefor.
