No Recourse to Beneficiaries. In no event shall the Beneficiaries have any responsibility for paying any expenses, fees, and other obligations of the Environmental Response Trust, and in no event shall the Environmental Response Trust or the Environmental Trustee, or any of their agents, representatives, or professionals, have recourse to the Beneficiaries therefor.
